Dead Man’s Carnival Fundraising Dinner

By on November 8, 2012

Milwaukee’s Vaudeville sideshow group Dead Man’s Carnival will be hosting an awards ceremony as well as a fundraising dinner to support their 2013 season on December 9th, 2012.

Here is the info from the event page:

The Dead Man’s Carnival is a Milwaukee based Vaudevillian, Circus, & Burlesque show. It is the largest variety show in the Midwest and unlike anything the world has seen since the Golden Era and American entertainment. We produce a Late night cabaret the First Fri on each month at Milwaukee’s Historic Miramar theater.

We are holding a dinner party to help raise money to continue our show into the 2013 season. Our program has a cast sometimes exceeding 30 crew and takes uncountable hours of hard work to pull together. It is because of this that we hope to see many of our long time fans there to build momentum toward bigger and better things.

There will be games, a silent auction, live music, food, good company, discounted merch/tickets, and a chance to hangout and get to know the cast better.

More details soon. If you are interested in helping volunteer, donating goods for the auction, or promoting the event contact Prof. Pinkerton.
