The inaugural Wisconsin Sickness Halloween Massacre show at River Horse West in West Bend Oct. 15th, 2011 with performances by Rakhshanda Tribal Belly Dance and Brew City Bombshells burlesque, with music by Beyond the Ocean Floor, [the] commuter exit and Obzen. The show also included sickest and sexiests costumes and the bloody t-shirt contest.

Prizes for the costume and bloody t-shirt contests were provided by Rich-E-Boyy's Tattoos, Northern Lights Tattoos, Wild Child Tattoo and River Horse West.
