Milwaukee Clown Appears in Court

By on December 7, 2012

Kenneth Kraucunas, the clown who brawled with a Milwaukee cop last month after reports that he was spraying drivers with a squirt gun, appeared in court for the first time on Wednesday.

Kraucunas showed up to court in his clown regalia, including the big red nose, which sparked an argument with the bailiff.

“Take your nose off and take a seat,” the bailiff said.

“Is that an order?” Kraucunas asked.

“Yes,” the bailiff said.

“OK, I charge $1,000 for that. You’re going to get a bill for that. Can I get your name?” Kraucunas said.

The clown is being charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer.
